Sonic situationists, the KLF, teamed up with country star Tammy Wynette for this 1991 worldwide hit. The song reached #11 in the Billboard popular music chart, Tammy's highest ever position.

The "Jusitified Ancients of Mu Mu" or JAMs is just one of many references The KLF make in their lyrics to the Illuminatus! trilogy by Robert Anton Willson and Robert Shea. The JAMs are part of an anti-authoritarian conspiracy-- or perhaps anti-conspiracy conspiracy. The KLF model themselves off of some of the groups in that series of novels.
